Exchanges and Returns

Do you want to exchange or return a product? You can do this easily and quickly in three
steps!

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt and we will take care of it
that the purchase amount will be paid within five working days after receipt of the
return shipment is on your account.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Fill in the return form

Download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order

Please send the items together with the completed return form to the address on
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings
to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
will be back in your bank account within five working days.
